Overall worth the price and the time. From experience owning two hotels this place is a nice stay however with some cons of course. The place had some slightly dirty sheets when we first arrived however on request they changed them with no stain or wearing on the sheets so the problem was fixed. The restrooms were cleaned very nicely the other parts of the room were nice as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant where my family ate at a lot. Overall a nice place to stay.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, offering neat and clean rooms along with a delightful buffet breakfast. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Botanical Garden, making it an excellent choice for convenience. Additionally, the hotel provides a spacious and well-maintained parking area behind the property. The buffet breakfast was particularly enjoyable, adding to the overall positive experience.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It's located in a busy area. The rooms were very clean. There is enough parking if you have your own vehicle and the staff is very friendly.
The rooms are big and clean. I loved my stay here, the breakfast was also very good. Wish I had booked this place for my entire stay in Ooty. Don't look anywhere else if you are coming to Ooty. This place has everything you need at affordable rates. Try to book offline or on the phone for better rates.

Hotel service was great and wonderful. Friendly staffs from front desk to restaurant. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends when they visit Ooty. Special mentions: Mr Pasupathy and Mr Stanley both of them were very courteous and friendly. They made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful and pleasure stay.

Good place to stay in the heart of the city. Rooms are well maintained, cleanliness is satisfactory. Ample parking space for vehicles, and it’s half hidden behind a petrol station. Restaurant is small and congested, breakfast traditional and typical South Indian menu and serves only breakfast and dinner and us closed for lunch. Room service food not that great. Staff mostly experienced and are veterans and look like a family run place. Outside food delivery is permitted.
